Silksworth Tennis Centre

Sykes Specialist Contracting Ltd have recently supplied and installed the STO Ventech rainscreen cladding façade to the Silksworth Tennis Centre, Sunderland.
As part of a two contract order to build two swimming pool complexes in the Sunderland area, the tennis centre was the first to be constructed. Utilising modern construction methods, the Architect involved Kingspan offsite who came up with a solution incorporating a render rainscreen. The system specified to work in conjunction with the Kingspan off site panel was the STO Ventech system. STO a name synonymous with lightweight render finishes onto new build applications provided the client with all the necessary detailing arrangements and colour samples.
As a STO approved installer Sykes Specialist Contracting Ltd were STO's first choice for the installation and SSC secured the order with Pelikaan Construction as Main Contractor. The contract was completed on time and to the agreed cost.
